Rental Criteria

Thanks for inquiring about or Rental Criteria!

We abide by all fair housing rules and regulations to make sure we provide an equally fair and streamlined application process for all parties. We operate "First Come First Serve" unless otherwise noted - and please note that an application is not compete until the property has been physically viewed by a leasing party.

Here are the qualifications:

  • Income - Must meet or exceed 3 times the monthly rent
  • Credit - Anything in collections is cause for denial
  • Evictions/Judgements - We cannot accept an applicant that has been evicted or has a judgement from a landlord
  • Past Landlord Verification - Your last landlord must give you a good reference
  • Criminal History - Any Criminal convictions with Violence, Victims or multiple Felonies is cause for denial. We will review each applicant on a case by case basis.
