Agent Referrals

We love to be a resource for Real Estate agents both locally and across the country! If you need need help calculating rental rates, rentability, or have questions about tenancy or anything income property related for your clients - give us a call! We strive to be an ongoing resource for agents so you can focus on what you do best - selling!

Client Referrals:   If you refer a property owner to us and they sign a management agreement we will gladly pay you 1 month of our management fee once the property is rented!

Tenant Referrals: We wouldn't be in business if it wasn't for tenants, but unfortunately we do not offer any referral fees for them at this time. If you let me know in advance I'll always give them personalized service and any inside scoop we may have on upcoming listings!
